Our first project, L’Ermitage de Mont Tremblant, was extremely successful.

  • Consists of three phases with a total of 126 wooded lots, all sold! Fabulous views of the surrounding mountains and lakes;
  • Peace, quiet, tranquility in the heart of the forest;
  • Access to three small pristine fishing lakes populated with trout each year.
Each of the three phases were sold out within one year.
